Quick install
1) Download the installer from your welcome email. 2) Run it (Windows: allow the SmartScreen prompt; macOS: right-click → Open). 3) Sign in with your purchase email and paste your license key. 4) Grant screen-capture and audio permissions when prompted.
First session checklist
Upload your resume · paste the job description · pick your AI model (or Auto) · press the hotkey once to test screenshot capture · join a test call and confirm the overlay is invisible in the share.
Troubleshooting
No audio captions → check the meeting audio is playing through your default output device. Screenshot hotkey does nothing → re-grant screen permissions and restart the app. Anything else → email us; priority means priority.
