If you cannot get the product working on a supported system and our support team cannot fix it with you within 7 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
How to request
Email rkytube999@gmail.com from your purchase email with your license key and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days.
What's not covered
Change of mind after successful activation, missed interviews, interview outcomes, or violations of the Terms. Duplicate purchases are always refunded.
