Scope
This policy covers the Interview Copilot website and desktop application. Effective date: July 23, 2026.
What we collect
Purchase details you submit (name, email, phone, country, profession, experience, preferences), order and license records, and support correspondence. The desktop app processes interview audio and screenshots in-flight to generate answers.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data. Screenshots and audio are processed to produce your answer and are not stored on our servers. Your resume is used solely to personalize your own answers.
AI processing
Answer generation uses AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, per your setting). Content needed to answer (a question transcript or screenshot) is sent to the selected provider under their API data terms. Bring-your-own-key mode routes all AI traffic through your own account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We never receive or store card numbers or banking credentials.
Retention & deletion
Order and license records are kept for as long as your license is active and as required for tax law. Email us to access or delete your personal data at any time.
